REsources
Building REsources is the first and only non-profit used building
material center in San Francisco. A
unique mix of old-fashioned junkyard and ongoing art installation,
Building REsources offers a huge selection of material to the
community. We
owe our uniqueness to the fact that we are the only salvage yard
supplied exclusively with donations from the community.

Helping Northern California communities create jobs in the recycling,
reuse and remanufacturing industries.
The Materials for the Future Foundation (MFF) is a nonprofit organization
founded in 1992 by a group of San Francisco Bay Area funders and
recycling advocates.
MFF provides a much-needed nexus between the environmental and
community economic development fields, and believes that a sustainable
economy is built upon the efficient reuse and recycling of materials
and community-based enterprise development.
